Position SummaryBlackbird Health seeks a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join the team remotely in New Jersey. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care for young patients and families.

Part‑time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, and LMFT).
W‑2 Employee – Part‑Time (20 hours/week)- Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy and 3 administrative hours
- Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends
- Work Model: Remote
Total Earning Potential:
Up to $70,000+ annually
Base salary: $45,000 for a part‑time schedule (20 hours/week). Earn $70 per clinical session beyond your base caseload for additional income.

- Provide evidence‑based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2‑26), building strong therapeutic relationships
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment
- Establish trust and rapport with patients
- Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback
- Collaborate with other specialty providers
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and records
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in New Jersey
- One (1) year of experience providing direct care therapy to children and adolescents
- One (1) year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Own a phone, computer, and high‑speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
- Flexibility to work during core after‑school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
- Immediate patient referrals with guaranteed caseload
- Flexible scheduling within business needs
- Full administrative support for credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR
- Paid weekly clinical consultation for skill development
