What this role looks like

You’ll carry a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth. Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus. Strong referral flow means consistent income from the start.

Day-to-day you’ll:

• Conduct intakes and build client‑centered, trauma‑informed treatment plans
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
• Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room

What we offer

• $65 billable hour — LCSW‑C, LCPC, or LMFT (independently licensed)
• $45 billable hour — LMSW or LGPC (supervision provided; limited openings)

What we’re looking for

• Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.
• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW‑C
• Experience with children, teens, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong technological skills and learning new systems (Zoom, GSuite, electronic health record systems, other collaboration tools)
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
• Committed to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive practice
