Schedule:
- Licensure:
Must be independently licensed as a therapist in the state of North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC). Highly preferred 3 years post independent licensure experience. Seeking experience in IOP/PHP settings. - Schedule:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) working with Adults. The Therapist will facilitate group therapy and conduct individual (1:1) sessions as part of our North Carolina VIOP program. - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:30a-7:30p
- Tuesday & Friday 8a-5p
- Therapists must be willing to obtain cross-licensure in additional states where Guide light operates. All licensure fees will be covered by Guide light.
Role
Summary:
Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
Required Qualifications:
- A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid North Carolina independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCMHC) or equivalent.
- Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
- Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a preset curriculum in a virtual environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience facilitating group therapy in an IOP/PHP/RES/IP setting.
- Experience working virtually
- 3 years' experience post independent licensure

Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $86,000 USD
