Role Overview

No previous experience needed, just a willingness to learn and attention to detail. Hands‑on training will be provided.

You will be responsible for assisting with personal care while helping improve our clients’ quality of life. With patience and a genuine passion for helping others, you’ll provide thoughtful, individualized care. Each day, you bring a positive attitude and a strong commitment to putting the client’s needs first. This role includes assisting with transfers to and from a wheelchair. Clear communication, honesty, and attention to detail are essential to supporting the client’s well‑being.

Meals are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Drive client’s vehicle.

Available for 12 hour shifts.

Perform transfers (training will be provided).

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Provide companionship and emotional support to client.

Support client by following exercise routine.

Collaborate and communication with the care team to provided the best care for client.

Qualifications

You are great at communication about care, training, and any needs you may have.

Patience, coachable, punctuality, and time management.

You are great at following instructions and completing tasks assigned.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Experience in providing personal care and support to individuals preferred but not required.

Great attention to detail and organized.
