Medical Assistant - North Austin Clinic (Full‑time)
OverviewUnder the general supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Medical Assistant performs basic and other patient care services for which the Medical Assistant has received instructions and training. The role is ideal for someone who values patient-centered care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with patients in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities- Use communication skills with appropriate medical terminology.
- Measure and record vital signs.
- Interview patients and record or update medical information.
- Assist providers with patient care tasks and coordinate department records.
- Experienced Medical Assistant.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel to surrounding APC clinics may be required; mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Location:
North Austin clinic. Full‑time position.
