Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Annually

• Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Lift and transfer individuals who may have limited mobility or require assistance.
• Provide hospice care and support to individuals and their families during end‑of‑life stages.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Offer direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration, as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Clean and maintain a safe environment for individuals under your care.

• Experience with ADLs and providing personal care to individuals.
• Proficient in taking vital signs accurately and documenting them appropriately.
• Ability to lift heavy objects or individuals, as required for the role.
• Familiarity with hospice care practices and providing emotional support to patients and families.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Experience in direct support roles, such as working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes.
• Valid driver's license for transportation purposes, if required for the position.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when cleaning and maintaining a clean environment.
