Job Summary: The Respite Support Professional (RSP) provides individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) support services in the home and community. The RSP is an important and valued team member whose support helps caregivers obtain relief from caregiving responsibilities. The RSP delivers services using a person-centered and trauma-informed care approach. This position works under the general supervision of the Respite Support Professional Supervisor (RSP-S).
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Help clients work toward goals.
- Support clients in the home and in the community.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

EducationRequired:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- One year of experience working with people with disabilities.
Full-Time.
WorkdaysVaries.
Workhours8:00AM - 7:00PM.
