Qualicare Home Care is actively hiring Personal Care Assistants and Caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized in-home support. Enjoy shifts from 4 to 12 hours designed around your availability throughout South, Central and West Austin.

Flexible shift options including days, evenings, overnights and on-call (PRN)

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Help maintain client safety and support mobility needs

Build strong caregiver-client relationships through consistency and reliability

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

Support safe transfers and mobility

Prepare nutritious meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe environment

Provide medication reminders and transportation to appointments and errands

Offer companionship and emotional support

Follow client care plans and accurately document care activities using a smartphone

Prior caregiving experience providing ADL support required

Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Comfortable providing hands‑on personal care and mobility assistance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Smartphone required for care documentation and communication

Must pass required background checks and drug screening
