**** s hiring a full-time Front Desk Associate for our Registration department in Austin, TX.
** As a Front Desk Associate (Receptionist) for OSA, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities of our facility to ensure smooth operations. As a Front Desk Associate, your job duties will also include a variety of secretarial business aspects of patient care to include scheduling procedures and office appointments, reception, bookkeeping and other clerical support duties with emphasis on customer service.
This position will be responsible for covering shifts at our Hyde Park and Lakeway locations.

* Experience:
Registration experience preferred
*** Responsible for checking out patient once seen by the provider
* Responsible for scheduling tests and follow up appointments
* Responsible for educating patient on their next treatment step as provided by the provider
* Strong computer literacy, typing ability and knowledge of medical terminology
* Strong customer service skills
* Skill in communicating effectively with physicians and clients
* Electronic medical record experience preferred
