Several Key Roles In Our Clinics Include
  • Medical Assistant – Work directly with providers and patients to support clinical care and procedures.
  • Front Desk Coordinator – Welcome patients, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
  • Pre-Certification Specialist – Obtains insurance authorizations and verifies coverage for medical procedures and services to ensure timely patient care.
  • Scheduler – Assist patients in booking and managing appointments with efficiency and care.

  • Prior healthcare or medical office experience is a plus, but not always required.
Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). Medical Assistants: MA diploma from an accredited vocational institution, or a college course in medical assisting.

  • Knowledge of health care field and EMR systems preferred.
  • Skill in written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care practices and procedures.
  • Ability to project a pleasant and professional image.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others.
