Bausch-White Masonry, LLC is a leading healthcare provider in the local community, dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Receptionist.

As a Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team. Your main goal will be to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible and have a positive experience at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and assist with patient referrals
  • Coordinate and schedule diagnostic tests and procedures for patients
  • Follow up with patients to ensure they have completed necessary forms and paperwork
  • Provide information and answer questions about our services and procedures
  • Handle billing and insurance inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
