We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing pediatric team. You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment plans for children with a variety of diagnoses, helping them achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.
Pay: $55 - $120 per visit (Visits are paid per unit, and 3-4 units per visit are expected)
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services in the home or community setting
- Monitor patient progress and modify plans as needed
- Provide caregiver education and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation per Medicaid and insurance standards
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory integration
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in pediatric home health is preferred but not required
