Sage Recovery & Wellness Center is seeking a Program Therapist in Austin to work with adults and, upon request, adolescents, couples or families. This is available as both part-time and full-time and requires in-person work at our Austin/Westlake area location.
You will facilitate individual and group therapy, conduct 72-hour intake assessments, manage treatment plans and daily notes, and assist in relapse-prevention and continuity of care. Licensure in Texas (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT) is required.
