Experienced Caregiver – Northwest Austin

$17–$20 per hour | Part‑time and full‑time schedules available | Immediate openings

We are looking for dedicated caregivers for client assignments in Northwest Austin, including the Arboretum, Great Hills and nearby communities. We offer steady clients, flexible shifts and support from a responsive local team.

• Provide in‑home personal and companion care to assigned clients
• Assist with daily activities including bathing, grooming, meal preparation and medication reminders
• Support mobility and provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Build trust through consistent caregiver‑client matching

• Competitive pay from $17 to $20 per hour based on experience
• Consistent client assignments whenever possible
• Flexible 4–12 hour shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and PRN
• Responsive local management and clear communication

• Assist with toileting, transfers, dressing and other daily living needs
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide medication reminders and transportation to appointments
• Follow client care plans and document care activities using a smartphone

• Prior professional or family caregiving experience required
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Smartphone required for job coordination and care documentation
• Must pass required background checks and drug screening
