- Evaluation, treatment, and education of neuro-rehab patients
- Planning, organizing, and coordination of recreation activities
- Assess capabilities/interests/barriers
- Monitor progress and recommend changes/modifications to the program
- Perform home assessments and assist patients with the transition to home and community
- Completion of Bachelor's in Therapeutic Recreation and CTRS designation is required
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
- Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
Demonstrates expertise in evaluating and treating neuro-rehab patients, with a strong focus on planning and organizing recreation activities. Proficient in assessing patient capabilities and facilitating transitions to home and community settings.
