Patient Services Specialist 3

Baylor Scott & White Health -  - Responsibilities:
Perform patient check-in or check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and answering phones;
Assist in hiring process and serve as peer interviewer; mentor and train staff;
Attend huddles, track metrics, maintain huddle boards; participate in process improvements initiatives;
Provide training on applications, website and other resource access; monitor staff participation in training;
Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and follow up on work results; ensure facility and equipment maintenance and repairs as needed
