Postdoctoral Fellow
The postdoctoral fellow will coordinate and aid in the collection and dissemination of a project aimed at understanding the behavioral and neural basis of socioemotional processing. The project involves neuroimaging, neuropsychological and personality assessment, and linguistic analysis.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and scheduling of adult subjects from the community for a multisession study
- Collect and analyze behavioral and neuroimaging data
- Prepare manuscripts of the project results for peer-reviewed publication outlets
- Coordination of project logistics (e.g., IRB, study records and manuals, processing pipeline, pre-registration, etc)
-PhD in psychology, neuroscience or related field (PhD must have been received no more than 3 years prior to start date).
-Previous research experiences using behavioral tasks and fMRI approaches
-Strong record of peer-reviewed publications
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications-Preference for previous research experience working with adult participants from a broad community
-Preferences for knowledge of FSL, psychopy, data scraping
$50,000 (annual)
