Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Saturday Rotation: 1 Saturday per month, 8:00am–12:00pm Pay Range: $18–$20/hr

We are seeking a friendly, professional Patient Care Specialist to support our busy primary care office with 25 providers. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinic, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported.

• Check patients in and out with accuracy and professionalism
• Verify insurance and update patient records
• Collect co‑payments and process transactions
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Handle medical records requests
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience
• Support general front office operations as needed

• 1–2 years of front‑facing customer service experience
• Healthcare front office experience required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Pleasant, professional demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
• Athena EMR experience is a plus
