AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) isn't your typical services company. Recognized as a Best Place to Work, Top Workplaces honoree, Best Workplaces in Texas, and certified Great Place to Work, we've spent over a decade reimagining how special education services get delivered — pairing exceptional clinicians with purpose-built technology we design in-house. We build the systems that let therapists focus on what matters: students.

If you're an experienced SLP who wants the freedom of independent practice with the backing of a creative, forward-thinking partner, let's talk.

  • A collaborative clinical community — Optional monthly professional development and a network of experienced clinicians across 120+ Texas districts.
  • Steady referral volume — We serve 200+ schools statewide, so the work is there when you want it.
