Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Westlake

We are actively recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for the greater Westlake market. The role involves diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, providing psychotherapy across a general spectrum of conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care and crisis intervention.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across general mental health conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with providers and the integrated care team to coordinate care and move patients along the continuum as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records using the EMR system.
• Work a hybrid schedule: typically three days onsite and two days telehealth, with flexibility to design personal booking windows.

• Fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Texas.
• Passion for high‑quality mental health care.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate electronic health records.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Desire and ability to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions; belief that everyone deserves access to care.
• Preferable to have over one year of professional experience delivering psychotherapy.
