Role:
Speech Therapist (SLP) in an acute care setting, responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
Responsibilities:Conduct assessments using structured tools and observation, document evaluations and progress, educate patients and families on therapy goals and safety, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and smooth patient transitions.
Qualifications & Skills:Master's Degree, valid SLP certification, and CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of employment. No prior experience required.
