Job Summary:This position serves as a Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) clinical team leader. LPHAs provide assessment, triage, and treatment to individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses who may also have co-occurring substance use disorders and/or chronic health conditions using a recovery based and trauma-informed perspective. LPHAs work in partnership with racially and culturally diverse individuals to define and facilitate their desired life outcomes.
LPHAs conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide assessments of strengths, preferences, functional impairments, and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) at regular intervals to ensure optimal and personalized services. LPHAs deliver therapeutic evidence-based and best practice interventions, including, but not limited to: skills training through psycho-education and patient education strategies, individual, family, and/or group services, and delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed.
Interventions and services are typically provided in the community and require the use of a personal automobile and cell phone.
The primary duties of this unit include providing immediate crisis stabilization, intervention, and relapse prevention services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in the community. The Team Lead will primarily facilitate daily clinical team staffings within a multidisciplinary unit, working closely with and under the supervision of the Practice Manager. The Team Lead will ensure compliance with program guidelines and unit operations while coordinating high-quality, person-centered care for clients.
Additionally, the Team Lead will support clinical staff by providing sound clinical judgment, direction, debriefing, and constructive feedback. The Team Lead will demonstrate strong leadership, client-oriented, solution-focused guidance, and effective problem-solving skills. The Team Lead will collaborate with other team clinicians and community partners as needed to ensure individuals receive quality services.
On-call responsibilities may be required, dependent upon unit protocols. This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and requires the completion of a language competency test.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:
Required:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
License:
Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
Experience:
Preferred:
- Previous experience performing mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
Hours: Full-Time.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Occasional Nights On Call).
Salary: $78,012.56 - $99,457.45 annually, depending on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
