Our client, a well-established outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice in Austin, is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, multi-clinic organization.

Our client is looking for an experienced clinician seeking a long-term opportunity within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will:
- Have 1–5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and teammates
- Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Be interested in long-term career growth within a larger organization
- Want to put down roots in the Austin/Central Texas community, with an intent to stay with the organization for at least 3 years

our client is not using recruiting services for new graduate candidates at this time. They have an established residency pipeline for new grads, so this search is focused exclusively on experienced clinicians.
Compensation is competitive and based on years of licensed outpatient experience, overall qualifications, and market conditions. Base pay: $80,000–$86,000 annually.
Schedule- Full-time
- Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with significant autonomy
- No routine evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- Primarily adolescents through older adults
- Orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, work-related, and general musculoskeletal conditions
Averages 10–12 patients per day, with 2–3 evaluations per day
Specialty Experience- Outpatient orthopedics required
- Manual therapy experience preferred
- Sports medicine experience a plus, but not required
