Would you thrive in an environment where you learn, build connections, and grow personally and professionally all while helping make a positive impact on people’s lives? Do you appreciate being around others like yourself who are dependable, trustworthy, hard workers who believe in the value of teamwork and collaboration?

If you love the idea of helping facility staff reduce stress, increase job satisfaction, and feel happier at work, we are looking for you!

The Health and Specialty Care System (HSCS) is dedicated to building an atmosphere where employees feel valued and supported while providing specialized care for Texans in need.

HSCS serves 25+ facilities in Texas with over 18,000 employees who provide care to individuals with mental illness and intellectual disabilities. HSCS Workforce Transformation (WFT) is part of Staff Support Services (SSS) in the Business Operations Unit.

They will utilize this data to track and report on training participation, effectiveness, and learner feedback, and will translate findings into clear insights for SSS leadership.

The WFT Specialist Lead will oversee the maintainance of the SSS SharePoint sites to ensure consistency in branding and user experience. The SharePoint site will be used as a repository of resources for facility leadership and staff to include items such as micro-training videos, full…
