Wellness Coordinator

Belmont Village Lakeway seeks a Wellness Coordinator to support the health and well-being of residents in our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you will coordinate wellness and fitness programs, track resident participation, and collaborate with nursing and caregiving teams to promote safe, engaging activities. Responsibilities include scheduling and leading group classes, organizing health education events, monitoring residents' functional abilities, and documenting outcomes.

You will also communicate with families, support care plans, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and help cultivate a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate resident wellness and fitness programs
• Lead or facilitate group exercise and wellness activities for residents
• Collaborate with nursing and caregiving staff to support resident care plans
• Monitor and document resident participation and functional abilities
• Organize health education and engagement events for residents
• Communicate program updates and resident progress to families and staff
• Maintain accurate wellness records and required documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection-control standards during activities
• Support residents with mobility and participation in programs as needed
• Contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered community environment
