About Align Plastic Surgery

Align Plastic Surgery is a boutique independent plastic surgery practice founded by Dr. Tosan Ehanire, a board-certified surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction and aesthetic breast and body surgery. We are intentional, and built around surgical excellence and an extraordinary patient experience.

About This Role

You are the operational backbone of this practice. Every patient, cosmetic or reconstructive, passes through you first. You set the tone and manage the flow with efficiency. You are meticulous, resourceful, and genuinely invested in a smooth logistical experience for patients.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to phone, online, and referral inquiries (cosmetic and reconstructive)
  • Receive patient intake (insurance and demographics) and process for insurance compatibility and surgical candidacy prior to scheduling
  • Schedule new patient consultations including cosmetic surgery fee quotes and payment collection
  • Schedule surgical cases and coordinate with patients, surgery centers, hospitals, and co-surgeons
  • Confirm procedure details with patient and clinical staff prior to surgery date
  • Coordinate pre-operative visits and clearances
  • Coordinate quarterly outreach with potential and existing referral sources
  • Maintain meticulous records throughout

  • Spanish fluency is a significant advantage

What You’ll Need
  • Experience in medical scheduling, surgical practice strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and out-of-network billing concepts a plus, training provided for the right candidate
  • Comfort with EMR systems, experience with 4D or similar a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Spanish fluency preferred
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within established guidelines
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, pre-operative instructions, and basic clinical FAQ readily available to guide patients
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
