About the Facility

Join a respected Senior Living Community in Austin known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You’ll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you’re a new grad or seasoned OT.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Estimated Rate Range: ≈$48-51/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current TX license (or eligibility)
  • Passionate about improving patient quality of life
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
