. She remains largely independent and manages most activities on her own but benefits from additional support to start her day safely and comfortably.
- Help the client get started and organized in the morning
- Provide general supervision and support following her nighttime routine
- Monitor for balance and safety concerns
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Offer gentle reminders and assistance as needed
- Help maintain a calm, structured morning routine

- 7 days per week
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Flexible morning schedule
- Active RN license required
- Experience with older adults and dementia preferred
- Comfortable supporting someone with balance and hearing difficulties
- Patient, attentive, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
This role is best suited for a licensed RN who can provide calm, reassuring morning support while promoting the client's independence
