Role Overview :

As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one assistance to clients with activities of daily living.

Support clients in maintaining their independence while aging in place or recovering from injury or illness.

Work collaboratively with our team to match caregivers with clients based on location, availability, and preferences.

Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by following health and safety guidelines.

Manage flexible shifts according to your availability, including weekday, weekend, and evening options.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.

Strong values and a desire to help the elderly and disabled.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Willingness to participate in training programs (no experience required).

Reliability and dependability in scheduling and attendance.

Bonus If You:

Have prior experience in a caregiving role.

Possess additional certifications related to caregiving or health care.

Are bilingual or fluent in another language.

This position offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call shifts, available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only and is open to candidates in the Austin, Texas area.
