Sage Recovery & Wellness Center in Austin, TX seeks a Program Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will facilitate individual and group therapy, complete psychosocial assessments within 72 hours, and maintain daily treatment notes and plans.
This role requires current Texas licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMSW/LCD C etc) and experience with substance use. You will support relapse-prevention, collaborate with families, and participate in weekly staff meetings and on-site trainings.
