Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / CNA at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.

Provide support with medication reminders and ensure clients follow their care plans.

Monitor and report on clients' health and wellbeing to family members and supervisors.

Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for clients.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure personalized care is provided.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Valid CNA certification or equivalent experience in caregiving.

Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients and their families.

Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Bonus If You:

Have previous experience in home care or a related field.

Possess additional certifications in first aid or CPR.

Are bilingual, speaking additional languages besides English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time, with availability required across all days of the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only and located in Austin, Texas.
