Flexible (could work 4 10's, traditional schedule, etc.)

• $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
• Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
• Flexible other pay models could include additional pay-per-visit options if desired

• On-site mentorship with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
• Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in complex cases
• Clinical Competency Specialist for specialty-specific training

• Hybrid - working 1 day remotely (Thursday or Friday) and other days in-clinic

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• 1+ year pediatric experience preferred
• Spanish speaking a plus
