Competitive Compensation- $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
- Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
- Flexible other pay models could include additional pay-per-visit options if desired

- On-site mentorship with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
- Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in complex cases
- Clinical Competency Specialist for specialty-specific training

- Hybrid - working 1 day remotely (Thursday or Friday) and other days in-clinic

- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
- 1+ year pediatric experience preferred
- Spanish speaking a plus
