We are looking for passionate Therapists for both full and part time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers.

Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families
  • Refer clients to specialists if necessary
  • Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
  • Monitor client progress during treatment
  • Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide
  • Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
  • Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care
  • Diagnose and treat patients from different backgrounds/diverse backgrounds in a respectful manner
  • Document and navigate EHR independently and in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation
Qualifications
  • Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar)
  • Prior experience in psychotherapy
Working Conditions
  • Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations.
  • May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.
  • Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation.
  • Fine finger coordination required for typing, pressing objects such as utilizing laptop/mouse for documentation purposes.
  • Ability to speak clearly with patients and team members so others can understand.
  • Ability to hear and understand others when speaking.
  • Ability to view computer screen monitor, small objects few feet away.
  • Ability to act and move quickly in emergency situations involving patient care.
