The role of the
Division Assistant Vice President (DAVP) of Practice Operations
serves the second in command and chief operations officer in PSG’slargest divisions. The position serves as the market representative for the Division leadership, holding providers accountable to the contracted terms and ensuring that theinterestof HCA Healthcare and the Division are met. The position will communicate regularly (monthly MOR and PRN) with the Group Vice President, DivisionCFOand the Divisions’ hospitals’ CEOs. This positionmonitorsthe activities and operations of all the programs components to ensure the programs meet the Division’s goals of improved quality, efficiency, volume, and patient / physician satisfaction.

What you will do in this role:

• You will report to the Central West Texas Division Vice President of Practice Operations
• You will havesix direct reports
• You will have operational oversight of all practice operations for the Central West Texas Division, which consists of 520+providers, 100+ multi-specialty practice locations, and support for nine HCA hospitals
