A privately owned, reputable behavioral health organization with an established boutique Eating Disorder PHP/IOP is growing our team! We are seeking a full-time Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing individualized, evidence-based care to individuals with eating disorders. This position includes three evenings and two daytime shifts per week. Evening IOP operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. The therapist will also work two scheduled daytime shifts each week.
The individual therapy caseload will not exceed 10 client hours per week.

A program built to serve adults who have struggled to find an intimate, clinician-created program that addresses not only their behaviors around food, but also all of the underlying factors that contributed to those behaviors. Duties- Provide individual therapy to adult clients in an ED PHP/IOP setting
- Facilitate process and skills-based groups (e.g., DBT, CBT, ACT, body image, emotion regulation)
- Collaborate closely with dietitians, psychiatry, and the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Participate in treatment planning, case consultation, and team meetings
- Support clients through recovery-oriented skill building and real-life application
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
- Licensed clinician in good standing ( LPC, LMFT or LMSW)
- Experience working with eating disorders minimum one year required
- Training or interest in DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- Warm, grounded clinical presence with strong professional boundaries
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Boutique, privately owned ED aftercare program designed for small census and individualized care
