We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Program Therapist to join our team at Real Deal Therapy and Wellness. Our ideal candidate is a skilled mental health professional with a passion for helping others, a strong ability to develop therapeutic rapport, and the drive to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality care. As a Program Therapist, you will play a key role in the treatment of individuals, providing individual and group counseling services while addressing mental health, family dynamics, self-esteem, and life skills issues.

- Provide individual and group counseling services to patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Assess patients’ mental health needs and work to develop a therapeutic rapport.
- Address issues related to mental health disorders, family dynamics, self-esteem, life skills, and other personal challenges.
- Maintain a caseload of patients, managing progress and adjusting treatment goals as necessary.
- Contribute to the overall patient recovery process by helping patients work toward their goals for change.
- Must hold a current Texas license as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
Provisionally licensed individuals (LPC-associate, MSW, LMFT-associate) are encouraged to apply. - A minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in mental health is required. However, training is available for less experienced clinicians.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full-time position with hours from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Pay range: $52,000 - $65,000, based on experience and credentials.
- Full-time employees (32+ hours) are eligible for benefits after 30 days, including paid time off and paid holidays.
