We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping children build independence, improve daily functioning, and reach their full potential

Caseload Ready of 24 visits/week, with options to build to 30+ visits per week

Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs)
Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Document care in an electronic medical record system
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Required:
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
Preferred:
- At least 1+ year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
- Home health experience
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
