Mental Healthcare is Broken. Let’s Fix It.
The way mental health care is delivered today is outdated, one size fits all, and inaccessible to many who need it. Traditional therapy models fail to account for the unique experiences, cultural backgrounds, and identities of patients, leaving many without the specialized care they deserve.
We are building a new standard of care - one that tailors therapy to the unique needs of different communities. Our vision is to create a specialized mental health practice that deeply understand the experiences of their patients. We are building a modern, patient-centered therapy practice—starting in Texas but with plans to expand nationwide.
We'll be honest - we are a startup and act like one. We are breaking the mold and expect to make waves in the mental health industry. We are launching as a virtual-first practice in March 2025, but over time, we will open modern, beautifully designed clinics. This is an opportunity to be one of our first hires—to help build something bold from the ground up and grow with us as we scale.
Our Vision: A New Standard for Mental Healthcare
While Dua Health launches as a general therapy practice, our long-term vision is to create a network of specialized therapy brands, each designed to serve unique communities with care that truly understands their needs. We will individual build brands that cater to women, children, cancer patients, LGBTQ+, and brown and black communities.
Why Join Dua Health?
- Be Part of Something Bigger– This isn’t just another therapy job. It’s an opportunity to reshape mental healthcare and join a company that is set to scale nationwide.
- Growth & Leadership Potential– As one of our first hires, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company as we expand, with leadership and specialization opportunities along the way.
- Flexibility & Work-Life Balance– Start with teletherapy (remote sessions), with future opportunities to work in our modern, in-person clinics as they open. You are free to work 5 hours per week or 40 if you want.
- Supportive, Therapist-First Culture– We believe happy, well-supported therapists provide the best care. That’s why we’re building a workplace where you feel valued, heard, and empowered to do what you do best—help people thrive.
