Role Overview :

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to meet the needs of our clients and support their chosen lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a nurturing and positive environment.

Monitor clients' well-being and communicate any changes to the appropriate team members.

Help with medication reminders and other health-related tasks as needed.

Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure clients’ care plans are executed effectively and compassionately.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.

Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Dependability and a strong commitment to client care.

Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Bonus If You:

Have formal training or certification in caregiving or related fields.

Possess additional languages skills that may assist with client communication.

Are experienced with clients who have specific needs, such as dementia or disability support.

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with shifts available every day of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Austin, Texas.
