Pediatric Psychologist

The Pediatric Psychologist will provide comprehensive behavioral and mental health assessments, treatment planning, and interventions across various settings, including outpatient clinics, primary care, tele-mental health, and regional pediatric facilities.

They will collaborate with an interprofessional team of psychiatrists, residents, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, and engage with external stakeholders such as primary care physicians and school personnel to support at-risk pediatric populations.

Responsibilities include clinical service delivery, supervision of interns and fellows, participation in research, and program development.

Qualifications include a doctoral degree from an accredited program, completion of an APA or CPA internship and postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric or clinical child psychology, an unrestricted license to practice in Texas, and eligibility for faculty appointment.

Preferred skills involve bilingual communication, tele-mental health experience, community outreach, and teaching.
