Are you a seasoned Revenue Cycle leader ready to step into a high-impact consulting role? We’re looking for a Revenue Cycle Director Consultant to lead client engagements, manage project teams, and drive operational excellence while supporting strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do:

🏆 Lead and direct multiple RCM projects simultaneously, ensuring client success and adherence to budgets.
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, expanding service utilization and representing your consulting expertise.
👥 Manage, mentor, and guide project teams to deliver exceptional service and results.
📊 Oversee revenue cycle performance improvement engagements across multiple provider types, including hospitals, physician groups, home health, imaging centers, dental, behavioral health, and therapy services.
💻 Utilize your expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute) and flex to other systems like Cerner, Meditech, or Athena.
✈️ Travel up to 75% to meet client needs and project demands.

What We’re Looking For:

15+ years of full revenue cycle experience (patient access, HIM/coding, revenue integrity, billing, patient accounting).
10+ years of consulting experience
, with 5+ years in a director-level role or higher.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering results on time and on budget.
Strong executive presence and ability to establish trust with clients and internal teams.
Experience across a wide spectrum of healthcare providers
.
Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred.
