Pay: $19–$23/hour (BT) | $22–$23/hour (RBT)

Olive Branch ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Austin, Texas
. This position is for candidates who live in Austin or are able to reliably travel within the Austin area
.

As a BT or RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and help them build meaningful skills in communication, behavior, and daily living.

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families when needed
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other clinical team members

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience working with children is required, such as:
  • Nanny or babysitting experience
  • Teacher, teacher’s aide, daycare, or preschool experience
  • Pediatric or healthcare experience
  • Medical field experience involving children
• Passion for helping children learn and grow
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Austin, TX

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Experience providing ABA therapy
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Austin, TX
