As a Clinical Manager you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Your primary responsibilities may include: 

+ Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions 

+ Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization

+ Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence‑based pathways and workforce models

Travel

+ Travel - as needed, varies by client needs and could be up to 80%

Qualifications:

Here's what you need: 

+ Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients 

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement 

+ Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders 

+

Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization 

+ Exposure to EHR‑enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner)

+ Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution
