PRN Caregiver – Assisted Living/Memory Care Join Our Team and Make a Difference Every Day!

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable PRN Caregiver to join our assisted living community! If you have a passion for helping seniors and providing exceptional care, we would love for you to become part of our team.

As a Caregiver in our assisted living community, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents receive the care and support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Providing compassionate care, companionship, and emotional support to our residents.
• Assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health, behavior, or overall condition to the appropriate team members.
• Following individual care plans and facility policies to provide consistent, quality care.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
• Working collaboratively with the nursing team and fellow caregivers to meet residents' needs.
• Treating every resident with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness.

We are seeking a PRN Caregiver who is available to work various shifts as needed. Our available shifts include:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

The ability to work different shifts based on staffing needs is preferred. PRN scheduling will be based on facility needs and your availability.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents. Qualified candidates should have:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, if required by facility policy.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to follow instructions, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain resident safety.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete required documentation.
• A dependable, professional, and positive attitude.
