As a Pharmacy Coordinator, you will provide general operational support within the Pharmacy Department in compliance with departmental guidelines and state and federal regulations under director of the Director of Pharmacy. You will be responsible for Pharmacy accounting, billing, invoice preparation, payroll preparation, charge reconciliation, contract preparation, departmental minutes, pharmacy records and storage and departments schedules.

• You will comply with hospital/departmental policies and procedures
• You will accurately and effectively fill medication orders
• You will accurately and effectively fill sterile admixtures
• You will actively participate in performing improvement and departmental programs

7a-5p/10 hour days with evening coverage

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified technician training program – preferred
• Experience as a pharmacy technician – preferred
• Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) Pharmacy Technician Registration

St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, part of St. David’s Health Care, is a full-service medical center providing comprehensive medical care at two locations – St. David’s North Austin Medical Center and St. David’s Surgical Hospital.

St. David’s North Austin Medical Center is a 460+ bed, multi-specialty, acute care hospital. It provides advanced women’s health services, including maternity and newborn care with Level I, II, and III neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) at the nearby St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas.
