At Training Wheels ABA, we believe strong clinical outcomes come from supported clinicians. Our BCBAs work closely with Clinical Directors, peers, and a dedicated operations team so you can focus on meaningful clinical work rather than administrative burden.

Our goal is to create an environment where BCBAs can practice high-quality ABA without feeling isolated or overextended.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 annually (based on experience)
Additional Benefits Include:$2,500 sign-on bonus

Clinical Structure & Caseload Average caseload of 7 to 8 clients
32 billable hours per week supported by strong clinical and operational infrastructure
Dedicated operations support reduces administrative workload
Collaborative case review and clinical consultation opportunities
In-clinic and in-home service opportunities available
Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
Provide parent and caregiver training
Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with funding and compliance standards
Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Support staff development and clinical training initiatives

We serve a diverse client population across Medicaid and commercial funding sources and grow intentionally to ensure sustainability for both our clients and clinicians.

Required:
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for early intervention and client progress
Preferred:
Experience working with young children with autism
Experience supervising RBTs or BTsBilingual candidates encouraged to apply
