Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Lead to support a leading clinical research organization. The Clinical Lead will provide leadership and oversight for site management and clinical monitoring activities across multi-regional studies. The Clinical Lead role is ideal for an experienced clinical research professional with strong CRA leadership and site management experience.
The Clinical Lead role is a direct placement opportunity and allows you to work remote in the United States.
- Lead site management and monitoring activities across multiple study sites and regions.
- Support feasibility assessments, site identification, and site selection activities.
- Assist with ethics and regulatory submission preparation and approval tracking.
- Coordinate investigational product (IP) import/export requirements and shipments.
- Lead internal CRA meetings and provide study updates.
- Attend sponsor meetings and communicate clinical operations progress.
- Mentor and coach CRAs and clinical operations team members.
- 5+ years of clinical research experience with advanced monitoring and site management responsibilities.
- Experience leading clinical activities across multiple sites and regions.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial operations.
- Experience with regulatory and ethics submissions.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Salary range: $135,000 - $165,000 + Bonus
