Restaurant Bar Manager – AT&T Hotel and Conference Center – Austin, TX

Lead our Restaurant and Bar operations as the key F&B manager working closely with the Assistant Director of F&B, Director of F&B, and the broader management team. Oversee daily operations, menu planning, and guest service excellence in a 24/7 hospitality environment.

$55,000 per year

• Supervise staffing levels and operations to meet guest satisfaction, budget, and operational standards.
• Maintain sanitation standards, menu planning, and training initiatives across restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Provide exceptional guest service, resolve complaints, and ensure legal and compliance requirements.
• Communicate food quality and service issues to the Chef and Restaurant Manager.
• Monitor alcohol beverage service, compliance with local laws, and financial results.
• Lead training and coaching, set performance standards, and monitor associate performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and/or 2‑year degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in supervisory role within food and beverage operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to integrity.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with operational budgeting and forecasting.
