A Front Desk Supervisor oversees front desk operations to include guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. They assign and instruct team members in details of work, monitor lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly, resolve customer complaints, and train, supervise, schedule and assist in evaluating staff.

Hilton Austin is looking for an ambitious front desk supervisor to assist their awesome front office team! At the center of Downtown, our hotel is attached to the Austin Convention Center via a covered walkway. Reach East Sixth Street nightlife two blocks away, and explore the Rainey Street Historic District, less than a mile from the door.
