As Banquet Set Up Supervisor, you will lead the banquet set‑up team to ensure flawless execution of events, creating memorable experiences for every guest.

• Supervise banquet house persons and oversee staffing levels to ensure timely and efficient event set-up and breakdown.
• Assign duties to team members, schedule shifts, and monitor performance to maintain service levels within labor models.
• Ensure proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available and in good condition for all associates.
• Assist in training, interviewing, and onboarding new associates while reinforcing a positive team culture.
• Oversee meeting room set‑up, tear down, and refreshes according to banquet event orders (BEOs) and handle last‑minute requests.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of banquet areas, storerooms, and equipment while following all health and safety standards.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and guide a team.
• Ability to perform all banquet set‑up functions and operate industrial equipment such as vacuums and buffers.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with workplace standards.
• TIPS Certification and completion of required training, including Chemical and Bloodborne Pathogen training.
• A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and delivering excellent guest service.
